‘Tis the season 🎄🍪

Ginger Bread Ingredients:
2 tablespoons (30g) Omello Almond Milk
¾ cup (145g) packed brown sugar
½ cup (125g) butter, room temperature
¼ cup (85g) maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups (315g) all-purpose plain flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground cloves, (note 4 for a sub)
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt, if using unsalted butter

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line baking sheets with parchment.
Cream together sugar and butter, then mix in syrup, Omello Almond Milk, and vanilla.
Add flour, spices, and baking soda, adjusting consistency with milk or flour if needed. Roll out the dough to 6mm thick, cut into shapes, and arrange on the baking sheets. Bake for 12-16 minutes, depending on size and desired texture.

Icing Ingredients:
2 cups (200g) icing sugar
2 - 3 tablespoons (30 - 45g) Omello Almond Milk
